A non-refundable booking fee of 25% or £100 is required at point of booking to secure your event or occasional makeup; dates cannot be held without a deposit, and following your booking, the pre-payed deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

 

The remaining balance for your booking is required 21 days prior to the booking date, all payments are required via bank transfer.

 

At the point of booking please state any known allergies or special requests; whilst every step is taken to ensure all products are fit for purpose, artists will not be held responsible for any reaction to a product should allergy requirements not be communicated prior to a booking.

 

Cancellations made by a client must be made at least 28 working dates prior to your event or booking date. All deposits are non-refundable. ​The Client at any point in writing can cancel the event, all wedding date cancellations must be made in writing. If there are any cancellations within 60 days prior to the wedding day, 50% of the remaining balance is due. Should cancellation notice be received 28 days or less prior to the wedding date 100% of the service fee is payable. In the unlikely event, that Laura has to cancel a trial or appointment for any reason, then every effort will be made to re-schedule (where possible). If a re-schedule is not possible then all monies paid in advance (less trial fee(s), if applicable) will be refunded or an alternative Makeup Artist will be selected from the team.

 

Travel expenses will be charged at 0.45p per mile for each-way of your booking including a bridal trial. Congestion charges or parking costs apply where necessary. This will be calculated and agreed alongside the final invoice for each client.

Laura and all makeup artists within the team are fully insured with public liability insurance to protect each client; certificates available upon request.

Trials are recommended three months prior to your wedding date.

Saturday weddings during peak seasons between May and September have a minimum booking of the Bride plus one other for makeup application.

 

Bride only bookings Sunday- Friday between April and October will be charged at £175 for makeup for the wedding day.

 

Bookings that include more than four makeup applications may be subject to an additional artist which will include an additional premium.
